1、 Overview
Industrial flameproof thermocouple and thermal resistance are used as sensors for temperature measurement and control, which are matched with display instruments to directly measure and control the temperature of gas, liquid and steam in the production process. The explosion-proof performance of explosion-proof thermocouples and thermal resistance products produced by our company are designed and manufactured according to the standard of "explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive environment" issued by the state. The thermoelectric characteristics conform to the international IEC standard, and have passed the test of national instrument explosion-proof safety supervision station The structure, principle and assembly method of thermal resistance are basically the same. The main difference is that the junction box (shell) of explosion-proof product is made of high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting in design, and has enough internal space, wall thickness and mechanical strength. The thermal stability of rubber seal ring meets the national explosion-proof standard. Therefore, when the explosive gas mixture inside the junction box explodes, its internal pressure will not damage the junction box, and the heat energy generated from this will not be able to spread outward - detonation. As long as the user strictly abide by the product use rules, the product can achieve reliable explosion-proof effect.
2、 Application
It is usually used together with display instrument, recording instrument and electronic computer. The surface temperature of liquid, steam and gas media and solid surface in the range of 0 ℃ - 1300 ℃ in the presence of hydrocarbon and other explosives in the production site is directly measured.
3、 How it works
The explosion-proof thermocouple is a junction box with enough strength designed by using the principle of gap explosion-proof. All parts that will produce sparks, electric arc and dangerous temperature are sealed in the junction box cavity. When the explosion occurs in the cavity, it can extinguish and cool through the gap between the joint surfaces, so that the flame and temperature after explosion can not be transmitted to the outside of the chamber, so as to measure the temperature.
